Video of Afrika

There’s now a video of the recording session for the main theme of the upcoming PS3 game “Afrika,” with music composed, orchestrated, and conducted by my friend Wataru Hokoyama. Now you’ll see what I’ve been raving about… Behold.

    Wow, John, you weren’t kidding! You’re friend Wataru is an awesome composer! And what an orchestra that was playing it, they look like they’ve been rehearsing it for months. Fantastic brass sound. Thanks for posting this. That must have been a blast to be at the recording session. I hope I get to witness something like this someday.

    I like the Gigantic 4/4 on the scores there.

    It sounds amazing. I wish Finale had those sounds.
